Meet the 2016 Performers

Never Say (2016).."  In addition to solo performance, Nikki is a working studio session singer and vocal arranger for both Indie artists and commercial interests. She continues to be invited all over the country to serve as an artist vocal coach and speaker on issues of multicultural music, cross-cultural communication, and team-building, and has also released her first co- authored book through Abingdon Press in 2015.

regionally at theatres such as The St. Louis Muny where she was in the ensemble of BEAUTY AND THE BEAST and MY FAIR LADY, Music Theatre Wichita where she played Fantine in LES MISERABLES, and most recently, the Paper Mill Playhouse where she understudied the role of Mother in A CHRISTMAS STORY THE MUSICAL. There is nothing that Ellie loves more than spreading holiday cheer through music! Happy Holidays everyone!

Ellie Fishman, a New York based actor, singer, and dancer, grew up in New Jersey where she fell in love with the performing arts. Ellie recently graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.F.A in Musical Theatre. While at school she played roles such as Marian in THE MUSIC MAN and Friar Laurence in ROMEO AND JULIET. Montrel Anchor

Montel Butler is a native Virginian, currently residing in southern Maryland. He received his Bachelors of Science in Music from Towson University where he studied voice under Terry Eberhardt. Montel has sung various roles with Towson University’s Music for the Stage opera workshop including Dr. Falke in “Die Fledermaus” and Mr. Cash in “The

Impresario”. In addition to his roles in the music department he has performed with the theatre department at Towson as Moritz Stiefel in “Spring Awakening”, and as Gregory in “The Bubbly Black Girl Sheds her Chameleon Skin” with the Stillpoint Theatre Company. He has performed all over the world on cruise ships as well as in other professional productions. He would like to wish everyone here Happy Holidays and a prosperous new year.

Katie Hale

Katie Hale has played a wide variety of roles on stage, in film, and as a voiceover artist and audiobook narrator. Born and raised in New Jersey, Katie grew up performing in school, at church, in youth orchestra, and later, at the Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore, where she earned degrees in performance and education. An actor/singer, Katie has

performed to critical acclaim regionally and Off-Broadway, and she maintains a busy voiceover studio where she serves clients like Pandora Internet Radio, McDonald's, Nordstrom, and Zulily. Katie is also the featured vocalist in Michael Suser's Night and Day band, where she performs jazz, swing, and Big Band classics. She is thrilled to be a part of the annual Concert for Kids, and she wishes everyone a happy, happy holiday!
